Le Centre International de de Physiologie et d'Ecologie des Insectes (International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe - African Insect Science for Food and Health)) a célébré son 40ème anniversaire le 16 novembre 2011. Pour marquer cette occasion, la Société des Postes du Kenya a émis une série de 100 timbres représentant 100 espèces différentes d'insectes se trouvant au Kenya.

The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe - African Insect Science for Food and Health) celebrated its 40th anniversary on the 16th of November, 2011.
To mark this occasion, the Postal Corporation of Kenya released a set of 100 postage stamps that depicted 100 different species of beautiful insects that are found in Kenya.
