L’effondrement de l’URSS conduit en 1991 à la restauration de l’indépendance des trois Républiques baltes (Estonie, Lettonie et Lituanie), puis à l’indépendance de trois ex-RSS (Républiques socialistes soviétiques)  : la Biélorussie, l’Ukraine et la Moldavie.

The collapse of the USSR led in 1991 to the restoration of the independence of the three Baltic republics (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), then to the independence of three ex-USSR (Soviet Socialist Republics): Belarus, Ukraine and Moldavia.
