Postal stationeries

A postal stationery is a philatelic document that has or had a postage value.

It may be a cover, a postcard, ... with a stamp directly printed on it.

Many kinds of stationeries may be defined :

Entirely printed by a postal administration.
For example :

Printed by a non-postal administration, and given to a postal administration that overprints the stamp afterwards.
For example :

Overprint of a non-postal administration on official pre-stamped covers or postcards.
